PiknPark is a premium valet and chauffeur service designed to make your life easier. Whether you need your car picked up and dropped off at the airport, train station, bus station, driven to a service appointment, or a professional driver to take you home in your own car after a night out – we have you covered.
Simply book a service through our mobile app, provide your pickup and drop-off details, and a professional driver will handle your car transfer.
Currently, we operate in Helsinki and the greater Uusimaa region, with plans to expand across Finland. However, we are open to serve you anywhere you need our service. Please send us an email and we will try to help you.
We charge a fixed price of €29 per service. This includes airport, train station, bus station pickups, chauffeur services, and vehicle maintenance transfers.

Yes! All our drivers are fully insured, and we provide additional coverage for your vehicle during the service.
Our drivers are thoroughly vetted professionals with years of driving experience. We conduct background checks and ensure they meet Finnish road safety regulations.
Yes! You can pre-book your service up to 30 days in advance through our app.
Our system tracks real-time flight updates. If your flight is delayed by 1 hour, your driver will adjust accordingly at no extra charge. Delays more than 1 hour will result in cancellation and will be charged fully.
Yes, cancellations are free if made at least 6 hours before the scheduled service. Late cancellations will incur a fee of 50%.
Payments are processed securely via the app using credit/debit cards or mobile payment options like MobilePay.
Yes, you can book on behalf of someone else. Just enter their details while booking.
We try our best to accommodate requests. You can add notes in the app while booking or contact our support team.

To drive with PiknPark, you must: be at least 20 years old, have a valid Finnish driver’s license, pass a background & driving record check, and own/lease a well-maintained vehicle (for chauffeur service).
